Design

We work with our clients one-on-one to create their very own personalized one of a kind design for a post that will only be available to them.

None of our other clients will have the opportunity to lease the same design.

This gives our clients their own rare and high profile signature look.

Posts

We will build and retain as many posts as needed by the client, as well as extra posts that are ready for new listings up to a maximum of 10 posts per client unless the client rents out 80% of the posts at all times. Building Perfection Limited will store posts and realtor signs* that are not in use at no extra cost.

At any time, our clients can request additional posts to be made. We can build a maximum of 3 posts per week.

Services

Building Perfection Limited provides, easy, hassle free services, taking care of all your needs regarding your posts and realtor signs.

⦁ We deliver and install the post anywhere in Calgary and 50km from city limits along with your personal realtor sign*.

⦁ Once a property is sold, we will apply a sold sign* at no extra cost. After the sold date, our client receives a complimentary week with the post to show case their achievement.

⦁ We will pick up the post and realtor sign at our client’s request.

Fees

Fees incur only while posts are in use. Unused posts and realtor signs are stored at no extra cost. The Rental Fee is determined by the complexity of the design and the materials used.
